19 th February 2016 

The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 1 March 2016 to: 

1. consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2015. 

2. consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
