MIDI plc issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Notification of Board Meeting

The Company's Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday March 28, 2016 to consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2015 and to consider the declaratin of a final dividend to be recommended to the Company's Annual General Meeting.
