Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c. – Preliminary Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015

Mapfre Middlesea plc announced that the Board of Directors of the company approved the preliminary statement of annual results for the financial year ended December 31, 2015.The group registered a profit before tax of €17.84m, compared to €17.31m registered in 2014.The income from insurance activities for the year ended was €17.9m a 20 per cent increase over last years result.

The Board further resolved to recommend that the AGM approves the payment of a final net dividend of €0.056 per share. The final dividend will be paid on May 22, 2016 to all shareholders on the shareholders’ register as at April 29, 2016. The AGM will be held on April 22, 2016.
