Corinthia Finance plc – New Bond oversubscribed

Corinthia Finance p.l.c. announced that the issue of €40,000,000 4.25% Corinthia Finance p.l.c. Unsecured Bonds 2026 has been oversubscribed. As a result, the Intermediaries’ Offer which was scheduled for 12 April 2016 has been cancelled. In terms of the Prospectus, the Company will be announcing the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation policy by not later than 14 April 2016.
