The board of Directors have approved the company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015.

Redemption of €30 million 6.2% Mizzi Organisation Finance plc Unsecured Bonds 2016 – 2019 guaranteed by: Mizzi Holdigns Ltd, Kastell Ltd, Consolidated Holdings Ltd and The General Softdrinks Co Ltd.

The company announced that during the financial year ended December 31, 2015, the Board of Directors has resolved to redeem the €30 million 6.2% Mizzi Organisation Finance plc Unsecured Bonds 2016 – 2019 on November 30, 2016, being the earliest redemption date in accordance with the terms of the prospectus dated October 29, 2009.
