Simonds Farsons Cisk plc issued the followingg Company Announcement pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.3. 

The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be meeting on 12 th May 2016 to: 

1. Consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st January 2016. 

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a final dividend to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for the 28th June 2016.
