Simonds Farsons Cisk plc – Approval of Financial Statements and declaration of a final dividend

Simonds Farsons Cisk issued its preliminary financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2016. 

The Group reports a profit before tax of €10.1million – up by 22.8 per cent from the previous year. Revenue for the period under review rose by 7.2 per cent to €84.9million. The positive performance was attributed to new market and sales initiatives, the launch of new products and the robust tourism industry and GDP growth in Malta. Earnings per share stood at €0.374.
