GlobalCapital plc – 10,000,000 GlobalCapital plc 5% unsecured bonds 2021 fully subscribed and payment of principal and interest in respect of the GlobalCapital plc 5.6% bonds which matured on the 2 June 2016
GlobalCapital plc announced that the issue of €10million GlobalCapital plc 5% Unsecured Bonds 2021, pursuant to the prospectus dated May 12, 2016, as amended by a supplement dated May 30, 2016, has closed today June 8, 2016.
The company has received applications for the new bonds in excess of the amount of €10million and accordingly the issue has been oversubscribed.
In accordance with the Prospectus Existing Bondholders will be receiving the full amount of New Bonds applied for by them. The company will be announcing the allocation policy in relation to the scaling down of applications for new bonds by professional clients. The company expects the new bonds to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on June 13, 2016 and trading in the new bonds to commence on June 15, 2016.
The company also announces that payment has been dispatched, in accordance with the prospectus dated May 10, 2006 in respect of both principal and interest of the 5.6% GlobalCapital plc bonds which matured on the June 2, 2016, the principal amount of which amounted as at the maturity date to €13,823,200.
