The company announced that, the Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 28th September 2016.  The board will consider the following;

–       The Company’s Financial Statements for the six month period ending on 31st July 2016.

–       The declaration or otherwise of an interim dividend on all Ordinary Shares held by shareholders on the                 Register as on Wednesday 5th October, 2016.
