MIDI plc – Manoel Island

Referring to an earlier announcement “MDI 79” issued on the 27th May 2016 and to the interim directors report dated 31st August 2016 both relating to the company’s plans for the Manoel Island project the company declared the following.

The company refers to the article appeared on Malta Today on 12th September, and states that whilst the company continues to be in discussions with third parties who previously expressed an interest in the project, the company has not placed a “price tag on Manoel Island”.

The announcement was issued in an effort to avoid the establishment of a false market in the company’s securities, with the company committing to making further announcements as and when necessary.
