Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c. – Intra group merger

The company announced the following. After the intra-group merger in July 2016 between MAPFRE Internacional SA, and MAPFRE America SA resulted in MAPFRE America SA becoming the surviving entity.  This changed the shareholding structure of MAPFRE Middlesea plc, in which the ultimate shareholders remained unchanged.
