Bank of Valletta plc – Board Meeting to be held-FY 2016 Financial Statements

The bank announced that, the Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. are scheduled to meet on Friday 28 October 2016 for;

 

i)              Consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30September 2016.

ii)             Consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.
