The Board of Directors of Central Business Centres p.l.c. announced that it has submitted an application to the Listing Authority of Malta Financial Services Authority requesting the admissibility to listing of a ten million euro €10,000,000 Unsecured Bond Issuance Programme.

The Company will provide further information on the Programme after the necessary approval by the Listing Authority.
