The company announced Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Thursday 9 March 2017 to:

i. Consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2016;

ii. Consider whether to declare and recommend the payment of a dividend to shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
