Premier Capital Plc – Redemption of Bond

In accordance to Company Announcement PRC76, published on the 7th October 2016, the Company announces that the €7,396,100 6.8% Premier Capital plc Bonds 2017-2020 will be redeemed on the 16th March 2017, at par.

To this effect bondholders on the register of the 28th February 2017 (including trading activity up to the 24th February 2017) will receive their principal amount in full, together with the interest up to the 15th March 2017.

Trading of the 6.8% Premier Capital plc Bonds 2017-2020 will be suspended as from the 27th February 2017.
