MIDI plc – Approval of Financial Statements

The Group registered a loss before tax of EUR 2,112,804, compared toa profit of EUR 9,457,171 registered in 2015. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR8,674,272, a decline of 78.9 % from 2015. EPS decreased to EUR 0.012.

The final dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to the shareholders on the Company’s share register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on May 19th and payable by not later than July 6th.
