Mediterranean Investments Holding plc – €40,000,000 5.0% MIH p.l.c. Bonds 2022

Mediterranean Investments Holding p.l.c. (the ‘Issuer’) announces that the issue of €40,000,000 5.0% Unsecured Bonds 2022 guaranteed by Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited has been oversubscribed. In consequence, the Intermediaries’ Offer that was scheduled for the 21 June 2017, will now not take place. 

In terms of the prospectus, the Issuer will be announcing the basis of acceptance and the allocation policy by not later than 23 June 2017.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank bondholders of the Issuer and Corinthia Group bondholders for their support.
