Orion Finance plc Bond Issue

 The Company is pleased to announce that the offer of €5,000,000, 4.75% Unsecured Bonds 2027 (the “Bonds”) guaranteed by Orion Retail Investments Limited (C 80707), issued in terms of a Company Admission Document dated the 22nd May 2017, offered via subscription through Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited in its capacity as Placement Agent, Manager, Registrar and Trustee, has been fully subscribed. Subscriptions closed on Thursday 1 June 2017.

Interest on the Bonds at the rate of 4.75% per annum shall commence on the 19th June 2017 and shall be payable annually in arrears on the 18the June of each year with the first interest payment falling due on Monday 18th June 2018. The Bonds were admitted to trading on Prospects on the 19th June 2017and trading will commence on the 20th June 2017.
