Errata Corrige relating to the effective date of the Discontinuance of the Listing

The following paragraph substitutes the second paragraph of the Company Announcement (Announcement Code: 6PM126) of 27th July 2017 in its entirety: “Following receipt of the necessary approval from the Listing Authority on the 29th May 2017, the Company announces the discontinuance of the listing of all of the Company’s issued share capital on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange with effect from the 27th July 2017.”
