 MIDI plc announced that further to the Company Announcement issued on the 4 August 2017, the Board  meeting  at  which  the  half  yearly  report  and  accounts  for  the  period  ended  30  June  2017  will  be  considered and approved, has been rescheduled for the 28 August 2017.
