HSBC Bank Malta plc – Appointment to Board Committees

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. (the “bank”) announces the appointment of Professor Andrew Muscat, non-executive director, as Member of the bank’s Audit Committee. The bank also announces the appointment of Mr Yiannos Michaelides, non-executive director, as Member of the bank’s Risk Committee.

The Audit Committee is now composed of the following non-executive directors: Mr John Bonello as Chairman, and Dr Gordon Cordina and Professor Andrew Muscat as Members.

The composition of the Risk Committee is as follows: Dr Gordon Cordina as Chairman, and Mr John Bonello and Mr Yiannos Michaelides as Members.
