6pm Holdings plc – Termination of Suspension of Listing and Trading

The Listing Authority refers to its announcement dated 2 May 2017 which notified the market that, on the same day, it suspended the listing and trading of 6pm Holdings plc (the Company) securities, specifically MT00003SO 109— 6pm Holdings plc Ord GBPO.20 and MT00003S 1206 – 5.1% 6PM Holdings plc Unsecured Bonds € 2025 until the publication of the Annual Financial Report including the annual audited financiaL statements for the year ending 31 December 2016.

Through a Company Announcement dated 10ih October 2017, 6pm Holdings plc announced the publication of the Annual Financial Report including the annual audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2016. However, since as at I October 2017, the Company had still not published the 2017 Interim Report as required in terms of Listing Rule 5.85, the suspension of listing and trading of MT0000351206 – 5.l% 6PM Holdings plc Unsecured Bonds €2025 remained in suspension.

The Listing Authority notes the publication of the Company’s 2017 Interim Financial Statements, together with the Company Announcement dated 9” February 2018. The Listing Authority is thus of the opinion that sufficient information has now been made public by the Company for listing nd—tradhig–i the Company’s bondsto be resumed and is, with effect from today, l2 February 2018, terminàçing the suspension of Listing and Trading in the Company’s bonds, specifically 7 MT0000351zô6 — 5.1% 6PM Holdings plc Unsecured Bonds €2025.
